3 reasons why Buhari may fail
first is that Nigeria as a nation is not yet ready to grow,we are still happy to remain where we are.
What do i mean by this. Nigerians have not got the intellectual and moral dignity that can design,implement and sustain growth. We lack this capacity because we do not care enough to seek the real cause of our challenges,infact most of us do not even know we have a problem. A few of us were exposed to our problems by the last global recession though sadly,most of us were not properly informed about the real cause of the recession and many did not even bother to understand anything,all that mattered to them was that the president had tumbled the economy.
There is a big diffrence between complaining about an issue and actually doing something to solve this issue. Many of us are still complaining about the enormity of our problem without ever taking the time to study the problem,a study that will reveal to us the exact nature of our problems, the deep causes and what we can do now to solve the problem.
In leadership, it is known that complainers are part of the problem as one can either be a part of a problem or he be the solution to it.
Secondly, Nigerians will never forgive him for making it almost impossible to just siphon bags of money into private account.
Thirdly,it is not easy to manage a horde of people who have refused be managed,its worse when there is no long term agenda for. In this light,we need to realise that any developement is carried out by all units of the society. Growth and development is not a thing that can be implemented by one section of the society,its a wholistic thing where every unit of society and everybody understands the role s/he must play in order that the whole will be made aright. The other institutions of the society need to take on the responsibility of inspiring patriotism So collectively the society will be a better place.

what this means is that ,the leader is always a reflection of the people,when he is not,the people will do everything to frustrate his effort and bring him to the norns and cherished ideals celebrated by the people. If these ideals are good then it is easy to bring back an errant leader but if the ideals are parochial fanaticism,dogmatic arrogance and militant ignorance, then “wahala don wear cover shoe to go visit them”
