Sherolyn Scott Death – Cause of Death – 64 year old Sherolyn Scott, was killed in a hit-and-run while walking in a crosswalk in the Manchester Square area of Los Angeles. According to police report, the deadly crash happened at about 11:25 a.m. on Saturday, 13th of November 2021. The Desk officer at the Los Angeles Police Department’s Operations Center said the hit-and-run took place at Normandie Avenue and 83rd Street.
Investigation revealed that the incident began with a minor crash at Manchester and Normandie avenues. The hit-and-run motorist fled the scene and hit Scott in the crosswalk. Scott was pronounced dead at the scene.
Reports says that the fleeing driver’s car came to a stop on 79th Street and he got down and ran away. Anyone with information on the driver was asked to call LAPD’s South Traffic Division detectives at 323-421-2500. Tipsters can also call Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477.
