Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the National Cybersecurity Authority will organize, on Wednesday and Thursday, the eighth and ninth of next November, the third edition of the International Cybersecurity Forum in Riyadh, entitled “Drawing Common Priorities in Cyberspace”, With the participation of elite decision-makers and CEOs from relevant international organizations; In addition to a group of high-level speakers representing various government and academic sectors, and the most prominent international companies.
The authority indicated that the forum will discuss a number of strategic issues related to cybersecurity. It will witness the holding of a series of dialogue sessions that focus on five sub-axes: stability in cyberspace, growth in cyberspace, cyber gaps, and cyber mentality, in addition to future developments in cyber security.
She explained that the International Cybersecurity Forum has become a global platform for decision-makers, experts and specialists related to vital and strategic sector issues, and aims to open broad horizons for knowledge transfer, exchange of experiences, and exploration of cooperation opportunities on cybersecurity issues of strategic dimension, support international efforts and unify joint endeavors in this regard. In addition to stimulating social and economic development in aspects of cybersecurity.
It is noteworthy that the third edition of the International Cybersecurity Forum is an extension of the successes achieved during the past years, as the forum's work in its second edition witnessed fruitful discussions and the signing of memorandums of understanding, and attracted more than (127) high-level international speakers, with the participation of (9000) people from (117) A country representing various stakeholders, whether from government agencies, private entities, non-profit organizations, and educational and academic communities around the world.
