The Minister of the National Guard, Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, inaugurated the headquarters of the Customers' Reception Center in the Ministry, as he listened to an explanation by the Director of the Center, Brigadier General Nasser Al-Qadiri, about the goals of the center, the role assigned to it, and the quality services and facilities it provides to auditors.

He also looked at the center and what it contains of modern technologies and a specialized human cadre to serve the auditors at the highest levels of quality. To make it easier for them to obtain the required service, and to save time and effort.

It is noteworthy that the center was established according to a directive from the Minister of National Guard and linked to the office of the Minister. This is to end all transactions related to the Ministry’s auditors, including its employees and others, with ease, and in line with the directives of the wise leadership based on the open-door policy. Prince Abdullah bin Bandar also directed that performance indicators for the center and its inputs from transactions and requests received for it to make a measurement and a supportive database for any points. Managerial weaknesses may be illustrated by the results of this analysis.
