On 26, November, Woodrow Franklin Gibson of Big Island was found dead in a 1992 Chevy S- 10 on Route 652 in Bedford County after a fatal crash.
On Tuesday at 5:40 p.m, Woodrow Franklin Gibson, 66 year-old man was travelling east on Route 652, when he ran off the right side of the road and hit a tree about a mile east of Route 752. Woodrow died at the scene of the crash.
According to State Police, he was putting on his seat belt at the time of the crash as the crash still remains under investigation.
