I’m heartbroken to hear of the passing of my man James Ianielli. There’s not much I can do but post this in memory of what an absolutely incredible human being you always were. You helped me and my wife out when we really needed a hand and you alway stood up for anyone who ever sought out help or guidance. All the time we shared at the tattoo shop were priceless. It was an honor to know you and an honor to tattoo you and share our countless hours of stories and laughs. You were a pillar to the Rockaway community and the police force. You will be dearly missed my man. Breaks my heart to know you’re gone. Deepest Sympathies to all of your family and friends out there.
Rockaway lost a pillar of the community today. I post his name on the page to honor his legacy and what an absolutely incredible human being he was. He served the Rockaway police proud and after a full career recently retired. He always came in and was full of laughs, great times and heartfelt stories He would do anything for anyone. Our deepest sympathies go out to his entire family. Rest In Peace James Ianielli. You will always be a hero to all and especially to us at North Jersey tattoo. Thanks for being you. Heartbroken. Lost my childhood friend James Iannielli (Iron) yesterday. Lots of memories walking to Marcella field to play baseball constantly Sandlot style. We won a division little league division championship together in 77. We won a Babe Ruth Championship in 1980 on the most dominating team I have ever played on. We finished 18-1 and you lead our team in hitting with an .800 average! Back when you played on teams based on what section of the town you lived in, no silly draft. But most of all you were our Fonzie making sure none of your friends that were a year younger got bullied or wheelied at Copeland, RIP my friend. I tell stories about you often to my kids
