A wonderful lady Marion O’Callaghan has sadly passed away. Marion worked with Limerick Archives almost every summer teaching a Limerick Lace class for Heritage Week. Her knowledge and skill was unsurpassed and all done with a smile and laugh. Our thoughts are with her family.

I am very saddened to hear of the passing of Marion O’Callaghan. She was a wonderful Limerick Lace teacher who was very generous with her talent and knowledge. She will be missed by all in the lace world.
