A man was shot dead while he was jogging in Barangay Lipayo, Dauin town tonight, local police confirm.
Authorities identified the victim as Philip James Alaban Jumadla, 32, a resident of the said barangay.
Initial police reports say that Jumadla was jogging when he was attacked by two yet unidentified gunmen.
He was rushed to the Silliman University Medical Center in Dumaguete City but was declared dead on arrival.
