It is with great sadness that we learned of the passing of Dr. Theunie Lategan today…Theunie was a shareholder as well as a founding member of Megapro back in 1986, along with @GeorgeRautenbach and the late Ockie Oosthuizen. Theunie was not only a non-executive director but more importantly a close friend of many at Megapro and in particular to George from 1970.
Dr. Lategan was an extremely intelligent businessman, filled with an incredible amount of energy and enthusiasm for what he did and he will be sorely missed on both a personal & professional level.
We offer our sincerest condolences to Dr. Lategan’s wife, Antionette, as well as his family and friends. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you during this very difficult time.
