Staurt was riding his motorcycle with his passenger, Raquel Prada-Galvez, 24, of Clifton, when Staurt lost control and went off the road and collided with an SUV near Milemaker 2.4 on Route 3 East in Clifton.
Staurt and Prada-Galvez were pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the SUV was not injured.
