Kenneth Cullen Death – Cause of Death : Authorities have released the identity of the pedestrian that died after being hit by a motorcycle on Clarence Parade, Southsea.
The accident which took the life of Kenneth Cullen, 76, from Midhurst, West Sussex occurred on Monday, November 8, 2021.
According to information released by the officials, Cullen was walking on Clarence Parade when he was hit by a motorbike ridden by a 20-year-old Portsmouth man. The pedestrian died at the scene.
The police arrested the driver of the motorcycle on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving but he has been released.
Family and friends of the deceased are paying tributes. Some of the tributes read – “Ken was taken from us suddenly and will be sorely missed by his wife, children, grandchildren, and his many friends across the world. He would be “sorely missed”.
“We would also like to give our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who helped at the scene, who tried to resuscitate him and who cared for his wife at the scene in a desperately difficult time.”
