The New York City Police Department appeals for help in finding 72-year-old Cecile Francis
Police have issued a silver alert for 72-year-old Cecile Francis, is missing from her home in the 171 Echo Place, of Bronx, NY 10453. Urgent help is being sought to find the missing woman who might be in danger. Police are following all necessary leads to Francis with the one goal of reuniting her with her family.
Francis reportedly went missing on Thursday, November 18, 2021, after she was last seen at approximately 0700 hours, inside of her residence. Nobody knows where Francis must have gone to, or whom she went out with. Her family is really worried about her safety, and want her back home.
Cecile Francis description
She is described as a 72-year-old female, Black, approximately 5’03” tall, weighing 130 lbs., with a thin build, dark complexion, brown eyes and brown hair, and was last seen wearing a Medic Alert Bracelet.
