Commonwealths Attorney Ray Larson Has Passed Away
Former Fayette County Commonwealths Attorney Ray Larson has died. He passed away in the early hours of Sunday, August 1, 2021.
Ray was a consequential Commonwealth’s Attorney and devoted public servant to his community. Having served for more than three decades, he was a relentless advocate for victims’ rights. Please keep his family in your thoughts during this difficult time.
Ray will be missed so dearly in the hearts of those who knew him.

Very sorry to hear of the passing of former Fayette County Commonwealths Attorney Ray Larson. Ray was a tremendous prosecutor, an advocate for victims, and a good man. He was wonderful to my mom, a fellow prosecutor, and great to me as well my entire life
