Janet Arnold Rees Death – Cause of Death – Janet Arnold Rees passed away on the 23rd of November 2021 at the age of 73. She was a teacher, preschool director, entrepreneur, theatre producer and social worker whose love for the Jewish community was immeasurable. Arnold was diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in September. Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is a chronic lung disease. When a person breathe in, oxygen moves through tiny air sacs in the lungs and into the bloodstream. From there, it travels to the organs. IPF causes scar tissue to grow inside the lungs and makes it hard to breathe.
She founded the AJ Technology Company (AJTC). This is a company that provides technology services and solutions to businesses of all sizes. According to Jewish news, Janet held a variety of positions in different Jewish organizations over the years; she was an associate editor of Arizona Jewish Life and sat on the board of directors of the Greater Phoenix Jewish Film Festival and the Arizona Jewish Historical Society, in addition to founding the Arizona Jewish Theatre Company.
Janet will be remembered by her husband, Tom Rees; her sons, Josh and Mason Arnold; her sister Linda Ratcliffe; her sister-in-laws, Noreen and Bonnie Shcolnik; her ex-husband, Charles “Chick” Arnold; her emany nieces, nephews and cousins; and her dog, Buddy.
