Officer Wayne Carter was an officer at the Ohio Reformatory for Women where he was loved by made all. The Ohio Reformatory for Women is a state prison for women owned and operated by the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction in Marysville, Ohio. It opened in September 1916, when 34 female inmates were transferred from the Ohio Penitentiary in Columbus. ORW is a multi-security, state facility.
Wayne Carter passed away on the 23rd of November 2021 due to complications with COVID. Circumstances surrounding the passing of Wayne was not disclosed to the public at the time of this publication. The funeral arrangements and obituary of Wayne will be released by the family at a later date.
