Every greatness starts with a dream, a vision, an aspiration, a goal or anything you may chose to call it.
As chance or luck dose not exist in creation, everything including sucex is a product of effort.
Effort born from a determination to achieve set goals.
Note: don’t build your goals on the acquisition of money or material vanity, money no doubt is important to ones wellbeing but money is a means to an end, once money is made an end which you must achieve then humanity has a lot to suffer from you in the near future.

- Write out the vision u hope to achieve.
- plan your life up to the end of your existence, if you hope to live up to 100yrs then plan up to 100,if you intend to live to 120 then do so(in my own planning, i wrote my ages on one side of d book and wrote the achievement on the opposite side of it).
Life is not without a fair share of challenge; the greater your vision the greater may be the challenges you will experience. But at the same time “life is a bed of roses, if we must succeed then we should look up to the rose {our vision} so as to get the motivation and strength needed to overcome the thorns {the challenges inherent in every worthy vision}”
The greater our vision the bigger the challenge associated with it. A 200 floor building will not have the same foundation with a 2 storey building.
The future belongs not to those who stand and watch but those who work in the factory of self realisation and self development

The future belongs to you not as a tyrant or despotic politician but because you own the future from your effort to build a better tomorrow for posterity (via a noble destiny or a noble career), because you work hard to blossom the best within you, because you allow the light in you ignite a path for others to follow.
That is, you are the future…..yes if you are sensitive enough to take on the responsibility of leadership, the responsibility that empowers you to suceed.
Leadership here means something deeper than politically motivated manipulations or installation of oneself in the seat of power irrespective of one’s incompetence, leadership at this height of realization is about prophesy, the prophesy of projecting a brighter future by way of effort, by the effort of building a foundation for tumoro using our lives and work as a platform to work in the vineyard of creation. The leadership of personal effort as a unit of collective effort in building the village of humanity. It’s the leadership we cast we our destiny, the destiny of the right choices that reflects a sincere heart and a rectified mind. Sincerity in being truthful to ourself. Sincerity in as in doing what we are best suited for from a clear understanding of our role in the scheme societal development and humanity’s advancement or civilization. Sincerity here implies not doing something because of the material benefit attached to it but doing something that adds value to the life of others or solving a challenge in the society. Providing a solution with our effort. Make no mistakes about this, I do not mean you should not make money, money is good but acquiring money should be secondary to fulfilling a need with the best in you. Major inventions and services that has benefited humanity profoundly were born from the desire to help mankind. It’s our destiny as occupants of the garden called earth. Every garden is kept in good shape by effort on the path of the gardener else it turns in to a bush. As we cruise through the garden called earth, our responsibility is to beautify it with the greatness within us, this talent has been called many names by different tradition and people. The holy writ calls it talent and states that some were given 10,some 5 and some 2, some traded with the talent and produced more but those who had little who did not produce more of themselves, the little they had was taken from them. The same writ says we are a light and salt. Life experience has shown that light is only necessary when darkness exist. The light of your vision/dream or aspiration is the searchlight of the future…. not just a searchlight but a searchlight with heritage,the heritage of leaving our petals for posterity to follow.

Destiny is created by choice, built by our thought, words and action.
We create our destiny by the choices we make, if we make the right choices, we build a great destiny and if we make the wrong choices…..noting can help us until we learn to do things aright. We are light meant to shine our inner greatness into our world, society, nation and everywhere we go because we are made in an image that can triumph no matter what it faces. Destiny is not entrusted on us by fate. You have a great destiny wt responsibility to humanity, the responsibility of improving humanity with your inner light
There is a virtue in you, a talent, a gold, a light. The light of the world that has come to brighten lives if you care enough. As you wear this coat of animal skin, always remember you are an ambassador from above.
Shine in the world.
Shine like the star you are.
Shine wherever you go.
Shine…..shine…..shine cos you are the best.
The need to blossom our inner greatness is more than a call to community service or patriotism, its a personal development plan which can place each person in the annals of history.
Remember to be your best……..always for you, may be an embodiment of the path many wish to tread.
The harvest is truly ripe but with few laborers.
The harvest of sucex symbolised by leaders building humanity and posterity.
Nigeria and every nation can become greater nations when the lessons learnt by every leader is transmitted to the younger generation.
Leadership is the key our future, the leadership of ourselves.

Some day we are all going to be called “grandpa or grand ma”.
The “grand” added to our names comes with a responsibility. The responsibility of educating the younger generation is bestowed on us by our realisation of life’s simplicity & complexity and the integrity learned from managing and blossoming our best in the mist of the school of life.
We are called “grand” because at such level of achievement, our major preoccupation is transferring our wealth of knowledge to the younger generation and serve as a guide or a beam of light.
At such height of achievment, we are not crazy with acquiring material things again, we look mainly to spiritual acquisition and sometimes the notion of an afterlife begin to dawn on some .
Sometimes those within this class live a life of regret, wishing they could be given a second chance.
Life is a school with unending lessons where each and every experience and people we meet is a teacher and molder of our character hence no experience is insignificant in the formation of who we will ultimately become, even those experiences which in ignorance we say
“why me” are actually great teachers. This school of the past is actually a self university we can never graduate from.
You can learn every day, make everyday a reason to learn a new thing,
Let every person you meet or associate with be your teacher,
So at your “GRAND” age, you will be a “path” for others to follow.
You will be proud of the path(destiny) you choose for yourself and for posterity.
