When next you are tempted to be depressed
just because your age or class mate is moving
faster in life and achievement than you despite
the fact that you know you are on a good path,
remember this. A Motorcycle doesn’t take too
long to build, it doesn’t need up to 10 persons to assemble, despite the fact that it can move
at breathtaking speeds – its built to carry only 2
persons and it is highly advised to wear a
helmet & protective gear to ride on. An
aeroplane, irrespective of the size takes much
longer to conceptualize, several design approvals, months of planning meetings,
fabricating parts by different design groups,
several hundred people to build, shipping in
different major and minute parts from different
countries. Extra months of piecing everything
together, test flights, durability and more. Then comes the long strenuous time waiting for
certification for commercial use. Both
inventions convey people, both are fast; both
operate through the dynamics of mechanics
and technology. Both are good for speed, but
the difference between them is in the attention to detail in build because while one carries 1 or
2 humans with protective gear required, the
other carries hundreds without need for
personal protection other than the safety the
aeroplane offers. Your extended preparation
period is a marker to the load you are to carry. Your process is probably ongoing because the
destinies you are to carry will rely on you
100% and you must build capacity to carry
them along. Don’t envy people and their
current speed; trust the process, learn,
understand, wait. Prepare. Launch
