President Trump thanked the heads of the Islamic delegations participating in the Arab-Islamic-American Summit, and said: Our meeting is blessed for your peoples and for ours, and I stand before you as a representative of the American people, to convey to you a message of friendship, hope, and love, and for this reason I chose it to be the first visit outside my country to the heart of the world The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the guardian of the Two Holy Mosques and the qiblah of the Islamic world.
He added: In the opening speech of power with the American people, I emphasized the old friendships between America and other countries and the new partnerships in order to achieve peace, and I also promised that America will not try to impose a way of life on others, but rather that we extend our hands to the spirit of cooperation and trust, stressing that the vision of his country is a vision Peace, security and prosperity in this region and all over the world, and it aims at an alliance of participating nations and peoples with the aim of getting rid of extremism and foreseeing the future in a way that is commensurate with this unprecedented meeting.
He praised the good spirit and great cooperation that prevailed in his meeting with the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Crown Prince, and the Deputy Crown Prince, and the signing of historic agreements with the Kingdom to invest about $400 billion in America, which will achieve hundreds of jobs and businesses in America and Saudi Arabia.
And he indicated that the agreement with the Kingdom on military purchases amounting to $110 billion will help the Saudi military forces to play a greater role in security and related operations, and discussions have also begun with many countries participating in the summit to strengthen partnerships and form new partnerships in order to promote peace and stability in the East. And he added: With God's help, this summit is the beginning of the end of those who practice extremism and terrorism, and the beginning of peace in the Middle East and in the world, stressing that this will only be achieved by demolishing the ideology that drives terrorism.
He added that only a few countries were spared from the violence of terrorism, pointing out that the largest number of victims of terrorism are innocent people from Arab, Muslim and Middle Eastern countries, and that it is estimated that more than 90% of the victims of terrorism are Muslims.
He stressed the need to eliminate terrorism and dry up its sources, noting the region's wealth, natural beauty and vibrant culture, stressing the importance of the region's countries taking a firm stand for a better future.
Trump emphasized that terrorists have no religion, and that the war against them is not against religions or civilizations, but rather against brutal criminals who seek to eliminate human life, this battle between good and evil, stressing the need for solidarity between countries to eliminate terrorism.
