The founder of the “hiking”, Engineer Ali bin Mubarak Al-Qahtani, indicated that “Saudi Hiking” is a national initiative that aims to serve this great entity by spreading the culture of sports, such as walking and hiking, and mixing it with tourism, history, culture, and love for the soil of our dear homeland and its leadership. We carried out a national Gulf event on the southern border in Fifa last year With more than 250 Saudi and Gulf participants, it received great media attention at home and abroad.
Al-Qahtani explained that the journey began with a mountain walk for a distance of 8 km in the Tabb Center, enjoying nature and patriotic participation away from crowding, and the participating youth of all ages confirmed that they are soldiers for this dear country.
