Scientists of the German Chemical Research Center were surprised by a recent study confirming that food smells play a major role in weight loss, what they considered the latest trends in the world of weight loss, according to “Sputnik”. Scientists considered the smell of garlic, red pepper, virgin olive oil, grapefruit, green apples, bananas and fennel to be the top 6 foods that directly affect the nerve centers in the brain and prompt the consumption of smaller amounts of food, while most of them are considered a source of satiety, especially as it raises the serotonin hormone associated with the feeling of satiety. In addition to burning belly fat, known as MUFA, which ultimately leads to eating fewer calories, and thus simply losing weight.
