Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, captain of the Al-Nasr team, confirmed during the press conference that precedes the meeting between Portugal and Liechtenstein, that the Saudi League will be among the best in the world, within a few years.
He added, "I think you have to look at the Saudi League differently. It is a balanced and competitive league. I am amazed at the level of the Saudi League."
He added, "I will not say that the Saudi League is like the English Premier League, but remember, perhaps in 6 or 7 years it will be the fourth or fifth strongest league in the world."
Regarding his desire and ambitions in international stadiums, he said, "I feel that I am still in very good shape. I am here in the Portugal national team."
