The Public Investment Fund, with its boundless surprises, is working at a steady pace in implementing structural reforms that would increase the growth of non-oil GDP. Therefore, the Cube project, which adopts the most important sustainability standards in its designs, complements the series of those initiatives pursued by the Fund since its compatible restructuring. With the launch of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, the quality of life and the diversification of the economic base are closely linked to many complementary initiatives within the Kingdom's vision. Choosing Riyadh for the cube project is a deliberate approach, since the cost of real estate development and infrastructure is low in Riyadh by up to 30%, and this gives it a comparative advantage over the rest of the cities of the Kingdom.
The Cube project and other large projects have disturbed many countries and organizations that see the renaissance of the Middle East in general and the Kingdom in particular as a threat to them, adopting childish methods such as human rights as a means to discredit the kingdom's development projects. Those countries know with certainty that the global economic puzzle says; The rich countries of the world have grown faster than the poor countries over the past 200 years have gone in the opposite direction over the past three decades and this is what bothers them.
