Saudi camel Rima Al-Harbi confirmed that the practice of camel sport did not stop with her during the holy month of Ramadan, adding to "Okaz" that she is currently preparing to participate in camel races in the Emirates. And about her beginnings in the practice of camel sport, Rima says: “I am considered the first Saudi camel to enter this sports field and become a professional for many reasons that go back to my upbringing since childhood in the Bedouin environment, and therefore I grew up with camels and loved them, so I rode camels since I was eight years old, and there was a field near us where I trained, so I owned camels.” And I am very proud of what I have achieved in this authentic popular sport that we are accustomed to with courage and strength, and it is undoubtedly a difficult sport, but I managed it and is now ready to compete and participate in the fields with my personal efforts, as my previous preparations were to participate in the Al-Ula Camel Cup and my next participation will be in the Emirates and I seek to spread this sport.
