The International Billiards and Snooker Federation today (Friday) appointed Saudi Naglaa Al-Olayan as Vice President of the Saudi Billiards and Snooker Federation as a member and representative of the Asian continent in the Women’s Committee of the International Federation (IBSF).

Naglaa Al-Olayan was chosen during the meeting of the Board of Directors of the International Federation and her nomination by the members after they were briefed on the file submitted by the Board of Directors of the Saudi Billiards and Snooker Federation, Dr. For clubs of various grades and categories, in addition to establishing billiards and snooker tournaments and tournaments for women in the Kingdom, and activating the participation of women in local and foreign tournaments. Naglaa Al-Olayan was chosen as a member of the International Federation to be the first Saudi woman to enter the membership of international sports federations, where she expressed her happiness and thanked the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. For his part, the President of the Federation, Dr. Nasser Al-Shammari, congratulated Naglaa Al-Olayan and said: “I bless her selection as a member of the International Federation, and this is a great success for us in the Board of Directors of the Saudi Billiards and Snooker Federation, and it was achieved thanks to God and then with the support that sports federations and committees find in general and billiards and snooker in particular from The Minister of Sports, Chairman of the Olympic and Paralympic Committee, Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, and his deputy, Prince Fahd bin Jalawi, accepted the directives and continuous follow-up of us as athletes.
