Today, His Excellency the General President for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, Sheikh Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais, inaugurated the digital platform and a number of technical programs and initiatives, including the digital services portal platform associated with the National Unified Center “Nafath” in the new version, and the technical “robot”. To publish and broadcast scientific lessons, as well as presenting smart applications related to the Presidency, serving fatwas and guidance through artificial intelligence, issuing fatwas by visual communication, providing digital services to visitors and destinations inside the Grand Mosque, and measuring the evaluation of digital services provided by the Presidency, in addition to the service of digital I’tikaaf permits, and the digital Share Your Opinion service. Which enables beneficiaries and visitors to the Grand Mosque to share their views on the digital services they wish to provide in the Presidency, in addition to the interface for following up the standards for measuring digital transformation, which reviews the extent of the commitment of the concerned agencies to the standards of digital transformation for the year 2023.
The launch also included the project management system, which is a digital service that enables the management of presidency projects presented at the Grand Mosque, and the digital culture initiative. It is a digital initiative through which it aims to spread awareness of digital transformation and institutional structure with best international practices, and the digital greeting service is a service that enables the visitor and employee to prepare a personal greeting card for occasions, and the business intelligence dashboard to support decision-making, and the transformation initiative that aims to limit traditional services and automate them using the latest techniques.
Dr. Al-Sudais stressed the importance of these initiatives and programs that make it easier for pilgrims to visit the Two Holy Mosques and help them perform their rituals and develop the services provided to them.
