The Arab Football Association is organizing the Arab Beach Soccer Championship in its fourth edition, which comes within its competitions for the 2023 season, and is hosted by the Saudi Football Association in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, from May 11 to May 20, in King Abdullah Sports City.
The national teams of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Morocco, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Lebanon, Palestine, Mauritania, Sudan, Libya and Comoros will participate in the tournament.
On the other hand, the tournament draw will take place on the 16th of April in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, and then the match schedule will be issued during the next stage.
It is noteworthy that the first edition of the Arab Beach Soccer Championship was held in the Arab Republic of Egypt in 2008, and the Egyptian national team won its title, and the Lebanese national team came runner-up, followed by the second edition in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2010, when the Saudi national team achieved the title and the UAE national team came in the runner-up. Then the third edition was held in 2014 again in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and its title was won by the Egyptian national team, and the Lebanese national team came in second place.
