Approval of a memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Energy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the National Energy Administration in the People's Republic of China in the field of clean hydrogen energy.

Authorizing the Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture – or his representative – to discuss with the Chinese side a draft memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in the People's Republic of China in the field of agriculture.

Authorizing the Minister of Transport and Logistics, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority of Civil Aviation – or his representative – to sign a draft agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo in the field of air transport services.
Ninth:
Appointing Abdulkarim bin Ibrahim Al-Nafeh, Eng. Musaed bin Suleiman Al-Ohali, and Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al-Suwailem as members of the Board of Directors of the Local Content and Government Procurement Authority, who are specialists and experts in areas related to the work of the Authority.

Approving the final accounts of the Human Resources Development Fund, the General Authority for Statistics, the Local Content and Government Procurement Authority, and the King Fahd Bridge Corporation for previous fiscal years.

Promotion of Saleh bin Nasser bin Ibrahim Al-Khuzaim to the position of (Senior Financial Adviser) at the (fifteenth rank) at the Ministry of Finance.
Muhammad bin Ibrahim bin Hamad Al-Hatlani is promoted to the position of (Senior Financial Adviser) at the (fifteenth) rank at the Ministry of Finance.
Abdullah bin Zaal bin Muhammad Al-Anzi is promoted to the position of (Senior Business Consultant) at the (fifteenth) rank at the Ministry of Economy and Planning.
Dr. Khalid bin Mutlaq bin Salem Al-Nafai is promoted to the position of (urban planning consultant) at the (fourteenth) rank at the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing.
