The municipality of Rijal Almaa Governorate has initiated a number of communications that arrive through the unified call center 940 and the Baladi application available on smart devices, since the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan.

The mayor of the governorate, Saeed bin Ali Al Musama, stated that the total number of complaints that were dealt with and closed amounted to 150, which varied between 71 reports related to visual distortion, 16 reports of public hygiene, nine reports of public health, three reports of licenses and control, and 26 reports of roads. 17 reports of lighting, 1 report of infringements, and 7 reports of disasters and floods, stressing the importance of the role of citizens and residents in cooperating with the municipality and submitting reports, observations and proposals about municipal services through the unified call center 940 and the baladi application available on smart devices.
