The "Qiwa" platform began suspending some electronic services for establishments that are not committed to documenting 20% of the workers' contracts in the first phase, which ended in the first quarter of the current year 2023. The most prominent of these suspended services included (immediate visas, transfer of services, requests to change profession). This is after the decision of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development to oblige establishments to document the contracts of all employees electronically through the platform.

The "Qiwa" platform stipulated that workers' contracts be documented by 20% in the first quarter, while it will rise to 50% in the second quarter, and in the third quarter it will rise to 80%.

A message appeared to establishments wishing to benefit from “Qiwa” services during the last period, with the following text: “It is not possible to benefit from the service, as the facility is not committed to documenting its employees’ contracts by at least 20%. Please document the contracts of all employees through the services of the Qawia platform.” .

And “Qiwa” indicated that the steps for creating the contract on the “Qiwa” platform include 9 steps, arranged as follows: “Login the facility account, choose the facility, then electronic services, create a new contract, enter the verification code sent to the mobile phone, manage and document contracts, enter employee data.” Enter contract details, upload contract.

Finally, the Ministry of Human Resources began transferring many services to the “Qiwa” platform, and the latest was the “Ajir” program specialized in organizing temporary work and facilitating access to the workforce, as the program standardized entry to the platform with the data of the “Qiwa” platform itself, and a number The identity, email, and password registered on the “Qiwa” platform.

The “Madad” platform, which is specialized in depositing the salaries of employees of private sector establishments, required entering the platform to benefit from its services with the registered mobile number of the owner of the establishment in “Absher” when requesting to send the verification code.

It is noteworthy that the “Qawia” platform started last year, correcting the professions of workers under the names of “worker and ordinary worker”, without paying fees for changing the profession, as the owners of the establishments will be able to correct the profession conditions of their workers to many approved professions.
