The Arab National Bank (ANB) and the General Organization for Social Insurance, represented by Masdar Data Solutions Company, have entered into a cooperation agreement under which the “Digital Finance Service” will be developed, which allows retired clients in the government and private sectors members of the “Taqdeer” program to obtain personal financing products provided by anb. With competitive and exclusive offers from the bank, according to an innovative, advanced, immediate and fast mechanism through the latest artificial intelligence technologies used in the development of digital services, which enables the beneficiary (the customer) to complete all personal financing procedures electronically and deposit the value of the financing at the same moment without the need to visit any of the bank’s branches or any from the other side.

The agreement was signed by Badr Al-Dakhil, CEO of Masdar Data Solutions, representing the General Organization for Social Insurance, and Hamad Al-Olayan, Head of Personal Finance Products at Arab National Bank.

The launch of the electronic “digital finance service” comes within the framework of the relentless endeavor of the General Organization for Social Insurance to provide innovative digital products and services that meet the aspirations of customers and pour into the institution’s strategic direction of complete digital transformation in all customer transactions, including subscribers, retirees and employers, while anb is the first bank to offer These digital solutions are integrated with the "digital financing service" provided by the Social Insurance.

Hamad Al-Olayan affirmed the bank’s pride in reaching this partnership with the General Organization for Social Insurance, which embodies the bank’s strategy in digital transformation, and reflects its identity by being a bank for easier and faster banking, by providing innovative digital solutions that enhance the customers’ banking journey, as the agreement renews the close relationship. Which brings together anb with its customer base of retirees, which extends for more than 45 years, as it was the first bank to provide exclusive banking services and products for the benefit of retirees.

Olayan thanked the Social Insurance Corporation for its renewed confidence in the Arab National Bank by choosing it as the first bank in the Kingdom to carry out the process of electronic linking and digitizing the journey of retired customers, and one of the first main partners of the “Taqdeer” loyalty program.
