Commercial Real Estate Refinancing Risks Heighten Banking Pressures

 ·  1 min read

Regional and mid-tier banks are bracing for a wave of commercial real estate debt renewals over the next four quarters. Valuations for urban office assets remain depressed, creating significant loan-to-value shortfalls during refinancing negotiations.
