We are shocked and devastated by the loss of our maps team member, TJ Cruzada. As the operations manager @rumseymapcenter, he was invaluable. As a colleague, he was irreplaceable. As a friend, well, he could have been funnier, honestly. TJ, your kindness, humor, and dope style will be a gaping hole in our program forever, but you set an example for all of us to strive for everyday.

When I suggested a map showdown between the DRMC and Branner map collections back in March, TJ replied “I like winning easily so yes, I’m in.” That’s when our map showdown became the “friendly” map showdown. We’ll keep sports alive, brother, even with the maps
