Murdered in the middle of the day for a bike violation.
They handcuffed him while deceased. LASD said he punched a deputy, his clothes dropped while running away and a handgun fell out of the clothing.

The man, identified by family members as Dijon Kizzee, was shot dead by police at around 3pm shortly after police tried to stop him for a vehicle violation on his bicycle, before dropping a gun.
