I’m so heartbroken at the passing of Mother Betty Price from Feed Clothe and Help The Needy. Her daughter Sheila Price told me that God claimed her after 5PM today. Mrs. Price was a TRUE servant of God over the past THIRTY YEARS – feeding nearly 10,000 a week in Englewood. This amazing woman NEVER got the credit she deserved – and she was cool with that – because what brought her joy was to feed ANYONE that walked thru her door unconditionally. It also came at a price – to keep FCHN open, Mrs. Price put up her home 3 times…. and lost 3 homes in the process doing God’s work. Who does that? She was an Angel in our midst.
