Chuck Ruffner Death – Dead: A great loss was made known to InsideEko. As friends and families of the deceased are mourning the passing of their loved and cherished Chuck Ruffner.
Having heard about this great loss, the family of this individual is passing through pains, mourning the unexpected passing of their beloved.
This departure was confirmed through social media posts made by Twitter users who pour out tributes, and condolences to the family of the deceased.
Brandon Clements will honor Chuck Ruffner, a former Mini-Stock racer and car owner who passed away on Thursday, with a number change for Sunday night’s fifth-anniversary race at Bobby Watson’s Carteret County Speedway in North Carolina.
After Sunday’s race, he will focus on preparations for the CARS Tour Solid Rock Carriers 125, which will take place at the same track next Saturday.
Yesterday, we lost a member of our Carteret County Speedway community. Chuck Ruffner was a friend and supporter of the track and his #53 car was always here supporting the speedway and Bobby’s dream.
We know Chuck and Bobby are enjoying some Apple Pie Moonshine in the Kingdom of God right now and will be looking down on Sunday, smiling and blessing all of our racers and fans.
I dont know where to start… Chuck Ruffner.. you were an amazing man, you were a father to me. Since the 2nd grade, As soon as Id walk thru the door, youd be singing and dancing. Youd be sitting in your big recliner, patting next to you for me to come sit with you. We’d sit there and talk about life, then youd tell me to pick out something to watch. You and Jen was my biggest support, you guys are my family. You always tried to help in anyway, Y’all were my first visitors when i had jacob. I was beyond happy to see yalls faces walk thru the door, you held jacob and he just snuggled in and you sang. Jacob always looked up to you.. last night he made a comment how you always picked on him and made him laugh, Jake the snake as you called him. He will always remember that. My heart hurts that we will never have these moments again. I love you so much Chuckus. I will forever miss you. Rest in peace
There will be a lot of heavy hearts this weekend at the Carteret County Speedway both with the Bobby Watson Memorial and the sudden tragic loss of Chuck Ruffner. I hope that all competitors and fans can find it in their heart to dedicate this race to the memory of both great human beings. Both were class acts and deserving of our prayers & thoughts. I’d also like to remember and honor their families and loved ones during this great weekend event. Bobby and Chuck we salute you and each of you will be forever missed.
