Just heard the sad news that singer-songwriter Gordon Haskell has passed away following a battle with cancer. We have many fond memories performing on stage with him back in 2017; I always looked forward to singing ‘Ain’t No Sunshine’ with him to close the show. RIP Gordon

RIP Gordon Haskell, a perfectly wonderful singer, songwriter, and musician whose brief stint with King Crimson was deeply unhappy, yet has always given me great joy. Mr. Haskell, how wonderful you were. (News via @DGMHQ; photo from his FB page.)

Sad to hear the passing of local singer Gordon Haskell. A kind man with whom his New Forest roots brought him back from Greece where he lived for many years. #RIPGordonHaskell

Just learned of the death of #GordonHaskell at the age of 74. Did not know he had been a member of #KingCrimson for a short unpleasant period.

The singer-songwriter Gordon Haskell, who fronted King Crimson on their album “Lizard”, and had a late hit with “How Wonderful You Are” in 2005, has died at the age of 74.

Sad to hear songwriter/ player Gordon Haskell died. Emerging as a solo artist later w/ a brief stint in K. Crimson, his work w/Les Fleur De Lys will stay with me the most. (see “Tick Tock”, “I Can See A Light”) #gordonhaskell

Very sad to hear that Gordon Haskell has died.
I know @piratejw was a huge supporter of his track ‘How Wonderful You Are’ back in 2001, so much so that it ended up as the Christmas no.2 that year, just behind Robbie Williams & Nicole Kidma

Really sad to hear of the passing of @gordonhaskellHQ. I’ve a memory of listening to “How wonderful you are” https://t.co/1FGPGZ7ght the first Christmas at home with my first born and gazing into his moses basket in wonder at how perfect the moment was. Thank you #GordonHaskell.
