He was also a “Tenant Inspector” reviewing our properties for us and providing feedback on the quality of the homes. After meetings, he used to pass on his rich history of stories of his past, a kind gentle man wanting the best for our tenants. We will miss him very much.

He was a major supporter of GCH moving forward as an independent housing association in the lead up to stock transfer in 2015. He was Vice Chair on our Customer Forum for many years, joining in May 2010 until January 2016, when the Forum was dissolved and replaced by Tenant Panel

We were saddened to learn last week that Tom Perry has passed away after losing his courageous battle following illness. Our condolences go to his wife and family.
Tom was an influential part of GCH and a strong advocate of the tenant voice in the way we deliver our services.
