If you want to make your diet and your time at the gym more effective, make sure you’re getting enough sleep. Cut out caffeine after lunch, switch off the TV in the bedroom, and try going to bed just a half-hour or hour earlier – odds are you’ll notice an increase in energy and a decrease in cravings.
