The Presidency of Meteorology and Environment expected, in its report on the weather for today (Monday), that thunderstorms will continue from medium to heavy, accompanied by showers of hail and active winds that stir dust and dust, limiting the horizontal visibility over the regions of (the eastern part of it, especially the northern parts of it, Hafar Al-Batin, Al-Qaisumah, Al-Qassim, the northern borders, Al-Jawf and the northern and western parts of the Riyadh region), while the opportunity is still ripe for thunderstorms accompanied by active winds that limit the horizontal visibility over the regions (Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha extending to the heights of Makkah Al-Mukarramah and Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah). .
The authority also expected the formation of fog during the night and early morning hours over the eastern region, the southwestern and western highlands and parts of the north and center of the Kingdom.
The report stated that the movement of surface winds over the Red Sea is northerly to northwesterly on the northern and central part, southerly to southeasterly on the southern part, at a speed of 16-40 km/h, and the wave height is from one to two meters, and the state of the sea is medium wave, while the movement of surface winds is over the Gulf.
