Anna Doyle Cause of Death – Passed Away: BLOOMINGTON, IN., – Hoosier Shakes alum, Anna Marie Doyle of Ypsilanti, Michigan sadly passed away on Monday, November 29, 2021, at her home. She was 28 years old. Details of Anna Doyle passing are not known at this time.
Anna Marie Doyle was born in Portland, Maine, on June 3, 1993, to Stephen Jon and Mary (Hatfield) Doyle. Anna graduated from Winthrop Maine High School in 2011 and Indiana University Bloomington, Indiana, where she obtained her Master of Fine Arts degree. Anna was an Actor’s Equity Association member and a former Trainee at the Purple Rose Theater in Chelsea, Michigan.
While announcing the passing of Anna Doyle, Hoosier Shakespeare Festival issued a statement after the news of Anna’s death broke out, “Anna M. Doyle … June 03, 1993 – November 29, 2021. Our hearts go out to Hoosier Shakes alum Anna Doyle’s family and friends. Anna was a significant part of Hoosier Shakes’ 2018 summer season. She played Helena and Mustardseed in HSF’s Midsummer Night’s Dream and Lady Mortimer, et al, in Henry IV Part 1. Anna left an indelible mark on our hearts! Rest in peace, Anna!”
Funeral and Visitation Services
The family will be open to visitors from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, with a time for sharing at 7 p.m. A Celebration of Life will be held at David C. Brown Funeral Home, 460 E. Huron River Dr., Belleville, MI 48111 (734)697-4500, on Thursday, December 9, 2021, at 11 a.m. Father John Hedges will preside over the ceremony.
