Residents of Al-Hawiyah, north of Taif, expressed their complaints about the difficulty of accessing the water station, pointing out that when electronic solutions fail in the evening, people who wish to obtain water tanks go to the station, after they run out of the quantities they have.
They explained, in their complaint, that when they go to the water station located on Sixtieth Street, they find dirt and concrete barriers in front of them, preventing vehicles from reaching the station, and when they stop by the road trying to reach the station, they find a bumpy road in front of them until they reach it.
They mentioned that when talking to the station's employees about the reason for not removing the barriers and taking care of the external appearance of the station, the employee says: "I don't know, they complained to the administration."
