He said: Perhaps among the solutions is the presence of environmental security and security patrols, with the Municipality providing waste bags to contribute to spreading awareness of the importance of cleanliness, and raising the level of guidance by preachers. It requires commitment to cleanliness and the embodiment of its concept as a civilized behavior. He said that the assault on the electric current and games randomly by the owners of the sessions has become a phenomenon that must be confronted.
Abd al-Rahman al-Shehri agreed with him: “A painful scene of waste scattered in one of the squares of Aqabat Dhala, and this scene is repeated in many locations, on the seashores to parks in Sarat and Tihama Asir, so when will those who do this tampering feel their humanity?”
As for Ibrahim Al-Qahtani, he added: “What I saw in one of the squares of Aqabat Dhale’a is an unfortunate scene, and unfortunately it is issued by people who search while they are sitting for clean places, then leave them in this state. It would be preferable to put indicative and awareness boards in the targeted places to sit, distribute hygiene containers, spread a culture of sense of social responsibility, and promote volunteer programs aimed at spreading awareness among community members and families, with the need to implement binding laws deterring such wrong practice.
