Isaiah Suarez Rodriguez Death – Cause of Death : In South Gate Broadside, a fatal car accident that took place around 4 p.m. claimed the life of a 12-year-old South Gate Broadside and injured his 19-year-old sister identified as Alexa. The accident involved an off-duty deputy.
According to the preliminary investigation released by the officials, a pickup truck driven by Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputy at the intersection of San Juan Avenue and Firestone Boulevard when he broadsided a vehicle occupied by the siblings.
The siblings were injured; Alexa got broken bones, concussion, and lacerations from the accident and was taken to the hospital with his brother who was also critically injured. Isaiah later succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
The identity of the deputy was not released by the officials and his state of health after the accident was not immediately disclosed.
A GofundMe account has been created for the siblings to help their family raise money for the hospital bills and medical expenses.
The accident is still under investigation.
