Today, the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Eng. Ahmed bin Suleiman Al-Rajhi, signed a new labor cooperation agreement for the employment of Ugandan domestic workers, with the Minister of Labor, Race and Social Development, Betty Amungi.

This agreement comes after a series of communication activities, meetings and discussions aimed at enhancing the continuity of labor cooperation between the two sides, in a way that achieves their common interests, preserves the rights of domestic workers and employers, and regulates the contractual relationship between them. effectively involved stakeholders.

It is noteworthy that the framing of cooperation between the two sides began since the signing of the previous labor cooperation agreements at the end of 2017, as the Ministry is constantly reviewing and evaluating its bilateral cooperation with labor-sending countries according to developments and labor market needs.
