Today, an earthquake measuring 4.4 on the Richter scale struck Campbell Bay in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, India.
According to the Middle East News Agency, quoting the National Center for Seismology in India, that the epicenter of the earthquake occurred at a depth of 60 km, 218 km north of the Campbell Bay area.
There were no reports of human losses or material damage due to the earthquake.
