A Boy And A Young Man Found Dead In Rosville
Just before 10:00 a.m, a four year old boy and 46 year old man were found dead in Rosville.
Detectives in far North Queensland are investigating the death of the pair at a town South of Cocktown.
According to the officers the boy and the man were known to each other.
A crime scene has been pronounced with specialist police and detectives on scene.
According to Cook Shire Mayor Peter Scott, The case was devastating.
He said, “we’re the biggest shire in Queensland and we’re only a small population base.”
“We’re like a larger extended family up here and it’s a lurch when anything like this occurs.
He said, the incident is pretty rare.”
Detectives are still investigating the occurrence.
