According to Sky News, the waitress added her own blood to the drink at the request of a customer. He announced that it would be closed for one day, so that all cups would be replaced.

Mondiagi Con Café Daco issued an apology for the waitress' behavior, describing it as "dangerous, totally unacceptable, and no different from physical terror."

The café announced that it would remain closed for one day as drinking glasses would be replaced.

The doctor, Zento Kitao, told the employee and customers, who drank the blood-infused cocktails, to undergo a test to rule out blood-borne diseases such as HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis B and syphilis.

"Cases of infection from drinking another person's blood are rare, but major diseases can be transmitted through blood, including HIV, hepatitis C, hepatitis B and syphilis," Kitaw said.

He added, "If there are wounds in the mouth, it is easy to get a blood transfusion," according to the British newspaper The Independent.
