A number of users of the "Circle Twitter" feature revealed an error that caused their highly sensitive tweets to be shown to strangers.

The tweets that are shared in the “Twitter Circle” are supposed to be shown to a specific group of users, similar to the stories of “close friends” on Instagram.

Twitter defines circles as a way for you to send tweets to specific people and share your thoughts with a small group.

You can choose who can join your Twitter Circle, and only the people you've added will be able to reply to and interact with the Tweets you post in the circle.

According to technical sites, the vulnerability in Twitter led to the display of tweets on the For You page to users outside the circles. To make matters more embarrassing, some users shared highly sensitive tweets, such as: sensitive photos, backbiting, or a complaint from employers in their circle, but those tweets were shown to people who should not have seen them.

Twitter CEO Elon Musk previously said, "Our initial release of the so-called algorithm will be very embarrassing, and people will find a lot of bugs, but we will fix it very quickly."

And the Twitter code has become suffering from several problems after laying off many of the company's engineers.
