The former president of the Saudi Football Association, Ahmed Eid, reassured the fans of Al-Ahly club that there is no fear for their club, and that things will go – God willing – from good to better regarding the issues facing the Green Castle in the corridors of the International Federation of Football Associations «FIFA».
He said in a special statement to “Okaz” about efforts to solve Al-Ahly’s problems, that there are those who stand close to the decision-makers, and there are those who provide great support for this entity in order to return to its previous era, indicating that the club’s sons are more deserving of intellectual support to address what has come to it today, and that God willing, the next stage will be one of the positive stages in all decisions taken regarding the club, and Al-Ahly fans must stand with its management, children and events.
Regarding his personal contact with FIFA, Ahmed Eid said: It is not strange for the sons of Al-Ahly club to stand with their club, and I am a son of Al-Ahly club, and when there is a problem in this great club, everyone stands with it. I stand with him with love and sacrifice, and I am not alone, as there are many who stand with him, and I owe everything that I offer to the club past, present and future, and this is an honor that I do not claim and is always ready to stand with the club at all times and every time.
