The head of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at Taif University, Dr. Abdullah Al-Ghanami, won the British Council and the British Embassy award for graduates of UK educational institutions from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, an award given to individuals based on “achievements in the country of scholarship, achievements after scholarship, and the extent of the positive impact achieved of the person over his society. Al-Ghanami was selected among the three finalists for the award in the Business and Innovation category, and to reach this stage among thousands of students in the United Kingdom and hundreds of candidates. Al-Ghanami referred to the great honor of receiving the award and competing with the strongest candidates from various sectors and entities in the Kingdom, who undoubtedly also deserve this award. Al-Ghanami presented this achievement to the nation, its leadership, education, the city of Taif, and our young university in particular, which spares no effort in supporting and empowering its employees. In comprehensive national development, with the follow-up of the President of Taif University, Dr. Youssef bin Abdo Asiri. Al-Ghanami expressed his great happiness, which can only be expressed with thanks to God and then to the creditors who gave the people of this country the great opportunities to obtain the best scientific degrees from the most prestigious international universities and enable them, after their return, to contribute to construction and development. This is in implementation of the directives of our wise leadership and in line with our ambitious vision.
